Here are my workout numbers for yesterday.

I have been sick all week and decided I was going to attempt my workout. I have skipped cardio all week but didn't want to skip the weights.

Pretty much everything was down. I didn't have alot of energy but I did make it through. I reduced my rack deads by 100 lbs and got my 5 sets of 3. I am glad I did it but it wasn't one of my best.

Incline Bench Press - 180 x 14
Reverse Pullups - 12 x 4 sets x 3 reps, 1 set x 2 reps
Dips - 47 x 11
Rack Deads - 411 x 5 sets x 3 reps superset with dumbbell pullovers - 20 x 15
Crunches - bw x 35, bw x 35 , bw x 35

I have been feeling under the weather as of late. My kids have been sick and it has finally caught up with me.

I have skipped the last couple of cardio workouts but I am going to attempt my weights workout today. Probably not a good idea but I have a very hard time skipping them.

I am going to give it my all and then rest up for the remainder of the week. And hopefully come back Monday good to go.

I am still feeling under the weather so I decided to take the day off from cardio. I plan on hitting the weights tomorrow and will probably not do cardio on Friday either. I want to make sure I get over what I have and not make it worse.

Now that I have cut down to a repectable bodyfat %, it is time for some new goals. I have my lifting goals for the year but not bodyweight goals.

I began my cut diet at 221 lbs (not sure the bodyfat %) and ended at 214 with 10.1% bodyfat.

My plan for the rest of the year is to get up to 235 lbs, staying as lean as possible, and then using the cut diet, trim down again come January.

I believe this plan will get me to my ultimate goal of 250 lbs at 8% bodyfat.

Here is my workout for Monday.

It turned out to be a weak workout. I didn't have the energy I normally have and the results showed that.

I was down in weight/reps on most of my lifts. I didn't think I would make 10 reps on the squat but managed 20. In my mind I was done by the 7th rep. Not sure how I managed to hit 20.

I woke up this morning with a sore throat. Both my children have been sick and I think it finally caught up with me. I am sure that is the reason for the lack of energy yesterday. Skipped my morning cardio and will see how I feel tomorrow.

Monday's Workout:

Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 60 x 13
EZ Bar Curls - 103 x 13
Squat - 260 x 20 superset with dumbbell pullovers - 20 x 15
One Legged Standing Calve Raises - 145 x 15, 145 x 11
Leg Raises - bw x 20, bw x 20, bw x 16
