My Bodybuilding Stats
Listed here are my body stats and lifting stats. I have just begun to take measurements this past year.
I have found this takes a little getting used to doing, making sure you are doing it same everytime.
So if they seem to drastic or not drastic enough, it is probably from human error. I am working on getting it as close as I can everytime.
