Welcome to my Bodybuilding Supplement Reviews Page. Here you will find my honest opinion on some of today's hottest bodybuilding supplements. I will only review supplements that I have personally taken and good or bad, I will give the results here.
NO-Xplode Review
NO-Xplode has the unique ability to get you dialed in and pumped up for every single workout by inducing the strongest and most advanced nitric oxide, creatine, and body-mind stimulating surge ever developed in a supplement. No other products can say that! No other products can do that! MY RESULTS - I bought a container of NO-Xplode a couple of months ago. I took it as directed until it was gone. Although I did not see any noticeable gains in size or in the pump I got, the preworkout boost that it provides IS quite noticeable. I took the stated amount, 30 minutes prior to my workout, and by the time I was ready to workout it had kicked in. In the past I have experimented with other products to get that preworkout lift but most of them didn't work or left me feeling jittery. No jittery feeling with NO-Xplode. Just tons of energy and stamina for some great workouts. No-Xplode definitely does what it says it will do as far as energy and training intensity. I currently only take NO-Xplode on my 2 weight training days. I don't see a purpose to taking it everyday plus it can get expensive. If you are looking for a product to boost your training intensity, give NO-Xplode a try. This is one product that I can honestly say has delivered.

Animal Pak Review

Animal Pak has won the Multi-Vitamin Of The Year award for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Obviously someone out there likes it. Previously, I had been taking a generic multivitamin from Costco. After taking Animal Pak for about a month now, I can honestly say that I do not see or feel any difference in my training, energy, or recovery. I still feel the same as when I was taking the generic vitamin. I have not seen a boost in energy and my recovery is the same. I have not gotten any of the positive results that so many claim. I do believe that Animal Pak is a great vitamin. I feel confident taking them that I am providing my body everything it needs. I just don't know, for the price, if there are other vitamins out there that will do the same thing. The one thing that I don't like is the number of vitamins and the size. If you have a problem swallowing large pills, these aren't for you. Once again, these are just my results. Yours might be different. MY RESULTS - I started using this product 3 - 4 months ago. I had been reading alot about it and it had won Glutamine Product of the Year at Bodybuilding.com. I had been taking Higher Power Glutamine for about 4 years and thought I could use a change. I am a big believer in supplementing with Glutamine as I believe it helps promote recovery. After taking this product for the 3 - 4 months, I can say that I am a believer in this product. I sip on my Xtends drink during my workout and feel it fuels the workouts and helps me recover from them faster. I have never taken any sort of supplement during a workout before, this is the first. I have tried both the grape and apple flavor. I am sticking with the apple.

MY RESULTS - This is the Whey Protein that I have been using for over 4 years. It is by far the best tasting and easy to mix protein I have ever used. It is low in fat and carbs and is reasonably priced. The price has went up lately, but I think most supplements have. I get it by the 10 lb bag and feel it is still a good deal. I don't think you can go wrong with this protein.
