Current Bodybuilding SupplementsBelow you will find a list of the current bodybuilding supplements I am taking.
I am not a huge supplement fan as I think that a perfect diet and exercise plan will get you alot farther than any supplement out there. Supplements are just that, a supplement to your training and eating. You must first put your time in at the gym and in the kitchen. Once those 2 areas are taken care of there are some
supplements out there what will give you that added boost. Here is a list of what I currently use: 1. Scivation Whey Protein - Taken 3 times a day, 2 scoops at a time. 2. Optimum Nutrition Casein Protein - 1 1/2 scoops taken when I wake up in the middle of the night. 3. Scivation Xtend - 6 scoops mixed with water and sipped on before, during, and after my workouts. 4. Scivation Quake 10.0 - 4 scoops taken 30 minutes prior to my workout. 5. Universal Animal Pak - 1 pak taken after breakfast.
6. Fish Oil - 2 tablets taken twice a day
