My Bodybuilding Supplements
Here you will find a current list of the bodybuilding supplements I am taking. This is as of 7/15/2008. Any new additions to my supplement program will be added as soon as I start taking them.
I try to keep it as basic as possible.
Over the years I have spent alot of money on the latest and greatest supplements with little to show for it other than a smaller bank account.
Very few have lived up to the results they promised.
I am a big believer in getting the 3 basic components of building muscle in as close to perfect order as I can before I look to supplements for help.
The training, nutrition, and recovery aspect must be right on.
Then, from time to time, I will try some of the latest supplements to come out to see what they do for me. Whenever I do, I will post my results and what I thought of them.
My Daily Supplement Intake
7:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m.
- 2 Spectrum Essentials Fish Oil pills
- 1 packet Animal Pack multivitamin.
12:30 p.m.
1:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m.
10:00 p.m.

*The VasoCharge is only taken before my weight training workouts. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) The Xtend is taken during both weight training and cardio workouts (Monday - Friday)
