Welcome to my training journal page.

Here you will find my exact workouts as I have written them in my journal during each and every workout.

I have been keeping a journal for over 10 years now.

My workout journal provides so much useful information and is a great motivator. It show not only how far I have come but also how much farther I need to go to reach my goals. If you don't keep one, you need to start.
